The Manager Training Program of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action has changed its name to Partnering in Business with Germany. Twenty-five years into its existence, the program can boast an impressive 17,000 participants. At the same time, it is also about to evolve in an important way: even a program as successful as this must respond to global challenges such as climate action, the energy transition and disrupted supply chains. These require the inclusion of new innovative sectors, new target groups and new to discuss our joint work to develop the program further.
